Chandler Moore spills on new album (Feelings) "Its super honest, transparent and full of Him"

With a new generation of lead worshippers shaping up with clear and distinct sounds, it is so important that we get real and honest music especially in unprecedented times.

And for many, Chandler Moore. stands at the forefront.

"This album is super honest, transparent and raw. Full of emotions and full of Him. I have put my heart and honesty on this album. its going to be super fun, some tears but mostly full of Jesus. Hope you all are ready to journey with me.. Its a special album. Be ready to be unravelled and put back together by Jesus"

"The intro is the heart behind the album. the process behind the songs. the night

that birthed the melodies. This is the brokenness and grilled that God used to teach me something about Him, The God of my feelings, I learnt something about God in my suffering that I didn't learn in the spirit. Get in your feelings with me"

Feelings. I found myself in place of sorrow. I found myself in a place of grief. At first, I didn’t have language for it. All I knew was that something was off and I couldn’t trace it back to any misstep I took. I couldn’t trace it back to anything that I've done. Through this process, I’ve learned how to suffer with Him. How to join Him in the fellowship of His suffering. That’s what this album is about. That’s what these songs are about. My process of lament. My process of suffering with Him. Being able to feel my feelings, but not lean on them.

Chandler David Moore is a native of Charleston, South Carolina, currently based in Atlanta, Georgia. He is the son of Bishop Brian & Elder Jametta C. Moore.

Often referred to as a modern day King David, Chandler is a worship leader, songwriter, and instrumentalist. Although his creative calling takes him around the globe, Chandler commits himself to leading the Production Department of his church, All Nations Worship Assembly-Atlanta.

Chandler is currently partnered with Maverick City—a collective of worshipers committed to deconstructing unspoken rules that exist in the CCM and Gospel world. Through this partnership, Chandler has penned and featured on songs like Most Beautiful and Refiner (featuring Steffany Gretzinger). To date, both songs have garnered over 2 million streams a piece.

Chandler’s pursuit is pretty simple : to live a life worthy of the call he’s been trusted with.
