The Voice's Blessing readies debut album ‘Count My Blessings’

After a prolonged journey with the other finalists Gevanni Hutton (Team Will.i.am), Jonny Brooks (Team Tom Jones), and Brooke Scullion (Team Meghan Trainor). The voice found its superstar Blessing Chipata who beat Jonny Brooks in 2020.

Now she is ready to take over the world with her debut album "Count My Blessings", it is no coincidence that the album title has her name in it as the record takes on a spiritual journey, the highs and lows of life with the reassurance that God's blessings will always keep us. Blessing Annatoria Chitapa is a Zimbabwe-born singer from Russells Hall, Dudley. Her winner's single, a cover version of Robbie Williams' "Angels", charted at number 50 on the UK Singles Download Chart. Her second single was a cover of Kirk Franklin's hit song "I Smile" which sets a strong tone for the album: fun, energetic, inspirational, hope and liberating. Annatoria also recently performed her brand new single, 'I Smile' at the Live Final of The Voice UK 2021!
