Live For You serves as an encouragement to people to persevere in their faith, no matter how challenging the circumstances may be and to live a purpose-driven life, always. The singer states that "The song was initially birthed during a spontaneous worship session a few years ago" which is reflected in the live video as Adegail is seen to passionately lead the song amongst an array of worshippers.
