Statistics show that 3.7 percent or 264 million people worldwide suffer from Anxiety.
Christians are no exception. Anxiety can take us over, and if we're not careful it can control our day-to-day living. The reasons for our anxiety vary however, if we trust in God and get the help we need then we can overcome that challenge and live in our purpose.
This track by K-Anthony and Jared Jamieson introduces us to the healing power of grace. While its first verse revolves around the causes and damaging effects of anxiety, its second verse reminds us that God is very much in control.
Philippians 4:6-7 says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

K-Anthony's early musical experiences began in the church he attended in his youth, located in Falmouth, Jamaica. He is influenced by the island music, and you can hear his love of reggae and R&B. His strong musicality shows his classical training gained through his Bachelor of Arts degree in music. K-Anthony’s songs are well crafted with the lyrics front and center with a decidedly optimistic tone, but the underlying theme of his music is his love for God and hope for the future.
